Pink Raspberry Oats simmered gently with raspberries until creamy and bursting with flavour. The berries melt into the oats, giving them a stunning blush and natural sweetness — no need for added sugar!


My Nut & Seed Mix - A magical combo of:

  • Crushed macadamias

  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

  • Pistachios


It’s the perfect crunchy contrast to soft oats, packed with healthy fats, plant-based protein, and satisfying texture.


Warm Blueberries - Gently heated until juicy and jammy — they add that next-level fruitiness and a pop of colour.

Recipe


Raspberry Oats with Nut & Seed Topping

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1/3 to ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup water or milk of choice

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 heaped tbsp nut & seed mix (macadamias, pepitas, pistachios)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Method:

  1. In a small pot, cook oats with raspberries and water/milk over medium heat until creamy and pink (about 5–7 mins).

  2. In a separate pan, gently warm the blueberries until juicy.

  3. Pour oats into a bowl, top with nut & seed mix, warm blueberries, and peanut butter.

  4. Enjoy warm!
