What’s in the bowl?

Pink Raspberry Oats simmered gently with raspberries until creamy and bursting with flavour. The berries melt into the oats, giving them a stunning blush and natural sweetness — no need for added sugar!
My Nut & Seed Mix - A magical combo of:
Crushed macadamias
Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Pistachios

It’s the perfect crunchy contrast to soft oats, packed with healthy fats, plant-based protein, and satisfying texture.
Warm Blueberries - Gently heated until juicy and jammy — they add that next-level fruitiness and a pop of colour.

Recipe
Raspberry Oats with Nut & Seed Topping
Ingredients (serves 1):
1/3 to ½ cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk of choice
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 heaped tbsp nut & seed mix (macadamias, pepitas, pistachios)
1 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
In a small pot, cook oats with raspberries and water/milk over medium heat until creamy and pink (about 5–7 mins).
In a separate pan, gently warm the blueberries until juicy.
Pour oats into a bowl, top with nut & seed mix, warm blueberries, and peanut butter.
Enjoy warm!
