Protein Power Bites Recipe
Ingredients (makes ~8–10 bites):
1 cup mixed nuts
3 pitted Medjool dates
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate both work!)
1 tsp tahini
About 6 squares dark chocolate
Method
Add the nuts, dates, protein powder, and tahini to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture forms a crumbly, sticky paste. Press together with your fingers, if it sticks its ready.
If it’s too dry, add a few drops of water at a time and blitz again until it binds.
Press into round molds, chill in the fridge while you melt the chocolate.
Drizzle with melted chocolate, store in the fridge.
Variations to Keep Things Fun
Mix it up depending on your mood or what you have in the pantry:
Cacao nibs for crunch
Cinnamon or ginger for a warming flavour
Chia seeds or flaxseed meal for extra fibre
Shredded coconut mixed in or rolled on the outside
